Terroir and Vinification: Limestone plateau at an altitude of 220 to 270 m, facing south-east - The grapes, picked by hand, in accordance with the appellation's specifications, are pressed upon arrival at the cellar. After selection of the first juices and settling, vinification is carried out at low temperature (14°C). This is followed by mutage and aging in vats.

Tasting: Bright, pale yellow color with green highlights. Powerful, complex and fine nose with aromas of exotic fruits (mango and lychee), menthol and thyme flower.
Very well balanced on the palate, lively, fresh and powerful. Fresh fig finish.
This wine goes well with foie gras, melon, strawberry soup, pan-fried Pardailhan turnips, but is also suitable for deglazing a liver.
