Terroir and Vinification: Limestone plateau at an altitude of 220 to 270 m, facing south-east - The grapes, picked by hand, in accordance with the specifications, are pressed upon arrival at the cellar. After settling, the clear juices are vinified at low temperature (12°C). This is followed by mutage (addition of alcohol to stop fermentation and keep the sugar level high) and aging in vats.

Tasting: Golden yellow color, intense nose of ripe fruit, apricot jam, floral notes of linden. Full and rich on the palate. Finish of garrigue honey. This wine accompanies charcuterie, grilled chestnuts, blue cheeses, apple tart, fresh fruit salad. It also enriches sauces on exotic dishes.
