Terroir and Vinification: Limestone plateau at an altitude of 220 to 270 m, facing south-east - Direct pressing followed by vinification of the clear juices at low temperature (16°C). Fermentation stopped by tangential filtration.

Tasting: With a beautiful yellow color with green highlights, this wine with notes of freshly picked Muscat and exotic fruits, reveals all its lightness and freshness on the palate. To be consumed as an aperitif, tapas, seafood salad, desserts, fruit salads.
