Terroir and Vinification: Limestone plateau at an altitude of 220 to 270 m, facing south-east - The grapes, picked by hand, in accordance with the specifications of the appellation, are pressed upon arrival at the cellar. After settling, the clear juices are vinified at low temperature (16°C). This is followed by mutage and aging in vats.

Tasting: This wine, dazzlingly bright like the white pebbles typical of this exceptional terroir, has a pale yellow color with green highlights. A nose of linden cascades through aromas of acacia, lemongrass, and clementine. On the palate, the attack is fresh and frank. Mango and exotic fruits then dominate, giving way to a long, honeyed finish. Its nose, palate, and finish reflect this search for perfect balance.
