Terroir and Vinification: This vintage comes from young vines from the Hortus estate, harvested partially by hand. Vinification is carried out with a short maceration of 4 to 5 days and a fermentation of 2 to 3 weeks at low temperature. Aged in concrete vats.

Food and Wine Pairing: This is a light and fruity wine, perfect as an aperitif or with cold meats, grilled meats, red meats, etc.
