Terroir and Vinification: Rolled pebble soil from the maritime terroirs overlooking the Mediterranean around Canet en Roussillon. Direct pressing of the grapes. The perfectly clear juices are fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 16°C to preserve the fruit aromas. Aging takes place in vats on fine lees.

Food and Wine Pairing: Whether as an aperitif, with meat, or with tapas, Miraflors rosé will perfectly accompany your happiest moments. Fresh shrimp salad, sushi, grilled meats, sautéed vegetables… Anything goes to open a bottle of this delicious rosé.
