Terroir and Vinification: Plot selection of our finest old white vines planted on marble-schist soils, glacially formed terroir, east exposure. Manual harvest in crates and at optimal maturity. Second sorting upon receipt at the cellar. Selection of the first and best juices for blending before natural fermentation in demi-muids. The cuvée is aged on fine lees for 1 year, with gentle stirring weekly.

Food and Wine Pairing: The elegance and complexity of our Grande Cuvée Blanc will be beautifully enhanced by fine seafood such as lobster, caviar, oysters, or even a plate of sushi. Also enjoy with fish or white meat in morel sauce.
