Terroir and Vinification: Maury Schist / Mediterranean Climate Manual harvest / 100% destemmed vinification / Vatting for more than 3 weeks. Aged in vats on lees for 12 months.

Tasting: The color is reminiscent of purple ink. Fine, seductive nose, on the cream through black fruits, with a small milky, spicy touch. Fine, slender palate (magic of schist) then rounds out and takes on breadth and thickness. There is a very nice balance, pay attention to the serving temperature. The finish is chewy and intense, very marked by black fruits and even more by spices.
