Terroir and Vinification: On black marl, Fenouillèdes sector, selection of old vines over 60 years old. Destemmed Grenache / Cold pre-fermentation maceration / Alcoholic fermentation with extraction by pumping over. Aged in vats on fine lees with stirring.

Tasting: The color is deep purple. The nose is on fruits (tomatoes...) & spices (balsamic...). On the palate notes of kirsch cherries, garrigue, licorice and exotic spices. The finish is medium-bodied, voluptuous with a slight sparkle that gives a little airy side (well airy is a bit pushed...), but delicious in any case!
