Terroir and Vinification: Predominantly limestone terroir - Night harvest. Destemming of the harvest, cold maceration of the berries for 2 hours in an inerted draining tank, draining and pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press. The must is then cooled to 4°C for stabilization on lees for 5-6 days with daily stirring with CO2. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for 12 to 18 days at 13-15°C. Racking then aging of the wine for several months on fine lees.

Tasting: Pale yellow color with bright green highlights. Fresh, fruity nose, marked by notes of lemon and grapefruit. Lively and fresh palate, revealing a beautiful richness supported by lemony flavors. Nice length.
