Tasting: A yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose and then on the palate, citrus fruits, exotic fruits including pineapple and mango, and candied fruits are revealed in turn, giving way to a finish of fresh grapes. This is a very balanced, delicious wine, whose sweetness gives way to a very fresh finish.

Food and Wine Pairing: Enjoy it as an aperitif, then with semi-cooked or pan-fried foie gras, free-range chicken on a spit or in cream, shrimp in coconut milk, a lightly spiced curry, a vegetable tagine with spices, hard or blue cheeses.
