Tasting: This is a rich and powerful wine, but also subtle and very fresh. The sweetness is never omnipresent, blending into an elegant liveliness. On the nose, notes of white truffles and exotic fruits. On the palate, it gives a beautiful impression of balance and fullness, combining aromas of toast, candied fruit, dried apricot, and spices.
It offers an aging potential of 5 to 10 years and develops white truffle flavors with age.

Food and Wine Pairing: Dernières Grives can be enjoyed at any time, especially with semi-cooked or pan-fried foie gras, Roquefort cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, or toasted bread topped with a slice of truffle.
