Terroir and Vinification: Low-yielding vines – Hand-harvested – Hand-sorted – Destemmed – Grape-by-grape selection – Traditional vinification with 2 weeks of post-fermentation maceration. Grenache: In amphora for 21 months. Syrah and Cinsault: 2/3 in Burgundy barrels for 21 months (1/3 in new barrels).

Tasting: A vibrant purple color with violet highlights, heralding a wine that is both dynamic and profound. On the nose, a fruity intensity unfolds with aromas of black cherry and blueberry, enriched by spicy notes of black pepper. The lively freshness of the garrigue manifests itself in the background, adding a pleasant herbaceous dimension. Upon aeration, delicate floral touches flesh out the aromatic bouquet. On the palate, the attack is supple and enveloping, with a notable presence of young but promising tannins. The aromas unfold harmoniously, highlighting the black fruits, while nuances of cocoa and Espelette pepper bring a subtle complexity to the finish.
The balance between richness and freshness is particularly seductive.
