Terroir and Vinification: Low-yielding vines – Hand-harvested – Hand-sorted – One-third whole bunches, two-thirds destemmed without crushing – Destemmed – Grape-by-grape selection – Traditional vinification with 2 weeks of post-fermentation maceration. 21 months in barrels: 1/3 Syrah in new Burgundy barrels for 9 months. Grenache and Cinsault in demi-muids and foudres for 9 months, then blending of the best barrels of each grape variety followed by 12 months of aging of the final blend in the same containers.

Tasting: Deep red color with purple highlights, dazzling brilliance. The nose is remarkably intensely aromatic: notes of wild blackberries dominate, supported by fresh touches of licorice and black pepper. Intoxicating floral notes of violet add a refined dimension to this complex bouquet. On the palate, refinement and indulgence are expressed by aromas of blackcurrant liqueur, enriched with peppery scents and cocoa bean. A fresh vegetal structure and nuances of plum jam bring depth and richness to the wine. The finish, long and powerful, also reveals all its elegance thanks to its aging in mastered oak barrels.
