Terroir and Vinification: Rolled pebbles - Yields 35 hl/ha - Traditional vinification on lees. Strict temperature control throughout fermentation. Aging on lees and stirring for 3 months after vatting.

Tasting: Beautiful straw-gold color with green highlights. Delicate nose of white flowers and citrus fruits. Smooth palate marked by good acidity. The aromatic palette is dominated by notes of lemon and grapefruit, speckled with apricot aromas. Fresh and persistent finish.

Food and Wine Pairing: You will enjoy this vintage as an aperitif as well as with seafood, fish and cheeses... for example:
Oysters and shellfish, smoked salmon salads, Niçoise salad, snail puff pastry, avocado with shrimp, scallop salad with pears, monkfish with leeks, sea bream fillet, grilled sea bass, trout with almonds, salmon steak, lobster au naturel, flambéed crayfish, grilled prawns, comté cheese, goat cheese...and many other combinations depending on your imagination and culinary talents!
