Terroir and Vinification: Pebbles Roulés - Yield 45 hl/ha - Manual and mechanical harvest - Short macerations of 4 to 6 days for Alicante and 8 to 12 days for Syrah and Cabernet. Flexible extraction work in rack and return only. Aging in our cellars with semi-buried stainless steel and concrete vats.

Tasting: Dark color with purple highlights. Very persistent nose of red fruits, with blackcurrant dominating. Fresh and fruity attack on the palate. The red fruit aromas give way to notes of licorice and candied prunes. The finish denotes the strong character of these 3 grape varieties, the tannins are present but well blended. A pleasant wine, to drink on any occasion.

Food and Wine Pairing: Aperitif, grilled meats and cheeses...
Served at 16°C, it will go perfectly with cold meats for an aperitif.
Served between 18 and 20°C, it pairs perfectly with grilled meats such as prime rib, rib steak, flank steak, kebabs and Toulouse sausage, as well as more refined dishes such as duck with mushrooms, rabbit with turnips, pigeon with grapes or even fricassee chicken. Red wine lovers will find what they are looking for with fish and white meats. Also enjoy Trilogie with all kinds of cheese!
