Terroir and Vinification: Rolled pebbles - Yield 50 hL/ha - Traditional vinification. Short maceration and temperature control to preserve the fruit and the freshness of the aromas.

Tasting: Red fruit nose with varietal notes of Cabernets but with finesse. Fresh and fruity attack on the palate. The red fruit aromas give way to gourmet notes enhanced by a supple and fresh finish that makes you want to have another glass! A pleasant wine, to drink on any occasion.

Food and Wine Pairing: Nothing could be simpler than this vintage. You can serve it at 16°, which will allow you to start your aperitif gently and easily move on to grilled meats or a good beef tartare. Of course, charcuterie and cheeses will be welcome at the Rendez-Vous table. A simple, uncomplicated wine!
