Terroir and Vinification: Limestone terraces - South/Southwest facing slopes - Old vines - Yield 40 hl/ha - Vinification by bleeding for Grenache and Syrah. Direct pressing for Cinsault. Grapes harvested at good maturity. Strict temperature control throughout fermentation.

Tasting: A true terroir rosé that will delight your aperitif but will especially accompany the meal thanks to its richness and volume in the mouth. Beautiful rose petal color. Intense nose of wild fruits (blackberry, strawberry, blackcurrant). Fresh and fruity attack. Round, velvety, very harmonious mouth. Ample and fleshy finish.
