Terroir and Vinification: Limestone terraces (Grenache & Vermentino) and Crès (Roussanne and Bourboulenc) - South/Southwest facing slopes - Yield 36 hl/ha - Young and old vines - Manual harvest carried out in the morning before the heat. Vinification of 15% of the blend in barrels. Strict temperature control throughout fermentation. Aging on lees and stirring for 3 months after vatting.

Tasting: Crystalline golden color. Fresh, fruity and delicate nose, dominated by citrus fruits, enhanced by some notes of white flowers and apricot. The palate is astonishingly balanced and harmonious with the nose. Long and mineral finish with finesse. The two very distinct terroirs where these white Grenaches mature give this wine a superb balance, a combination of richness and freshness, fruitiness and minerality.

Food and Wine Pairing: Aperitif, seafood, fish, poultry and cheeses... Sautéed langoustines with anise, roast monkfish with preserved lemon, green asparagus with almond butter, grilled prawns, caramelized sweetbreads, veal blanquette, chicken supreme, grilled red mullet, chicken in tarragon jelly, salmon steak, pike with beurre blanc, roast turbot, trout mousseline, scallop ravioli, pepper terrine, comté, picodons and other small goat cheeses...and many other pairings according to your imagination and culinary talents!
