Terroir and Vinification: Clay-limestone on the slopes of La Clape - Sorting and total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Long vatting (28 to 30 days). Aged for 6 months in oak demi-muids of a wine.

Tasting: A beautiful, intense purple color. Intense nose of wild red fruits (morello cherry and blackberry) and pink pepper. On the palate, the fruit is expressed over the length, voluptuously, the tannins are ample and generous, a liquorice finish, all finesse and freshness.
