Terroir and Vinification: Clay-limestone on the slopes of La Clape - Total destemming. Pneumatic draining and pressing. Cold static racking. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Blending of grape varieties after fermentation. 15% aged in neutrally toasted French oak demi-muids.

Tasting: Bright yellow, this blend represents an interesting aromatic bouquet where citrus aromas blend with the scents of the garrigue and the iodine side typical of our terroir. A wine of great freshness and minerality which will accompany the aperitif around shellfish or grilled fish.
