Vinification: Harvests are sorted and destemmed, followed by a long maceration lasting more than twenty days. Traditional fermentation is carried out under temperature control and pneumatic pressing. Part of the blend is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting: Very beautiful, intense, dark red color. The nose is expressive and powerful with aromas of blackcurrant liqueur enhanced with notes of mint, pepper, and sweet spices. In its youth, the palate is powerful and warm, accompanied by soft tannins. After a few years in the cellar, the nose will become more and more complex, and the aromas will evolve towards notes of dried fruit. The finesse of the tannins will provide a beautiful length, all in harmony and balance.

Food and Wine Pairing: Delicious with red or white meats (grilled or in sauce), and also with cold meats or semi-dry goat cheeses.
