Terroir and Vinification: Clay-limestone terroir, vines on gentle south-facing slopes at an altitude of 150 meters. Yield 18 hectoliters/hectare. Manual harvest. Traditional vinification: the grapes are destemmed and then vinified in stainless steel vats where numerous punchings are carried out. 80 days of vatting. Aging in stainless steel vats for 18 months.

Tasting: Deep red color. Charming nose of small red fruits, morello cherries and rosehip. Gourmet, fleshy palate with an explosion of red fruits. The melted tannins give this wine a velvety aspect. Plenty of depth and density in the mid-palate. Very beautiful finish, full of finesse and voluptuousness.

Food and Wine Pairing: Can be drunk young to enjoy its fruit with Iberico ham, a black pudding charlotte with endives candied in honey and Fourme d'Ambert, a fillet of beef with morels, a supreme of farm chicken with Roquefort and its spice sauce, a dark chocolate fondant cake, etc.
