Terroir and Vinification: Schist, clay-limestone and marble - Manual harvest, direct pressing and fermentation at low temperature.

Tasting:

  • Dress: Very beautiful pale pink color, bright and of good intensity.

  • Palate: This rosé has a good attack on the palate. It appears intense and fine with beautiful aromas of garrigue flowers.
